What Is the Tooth Whitening Process?

Next, the teeth are coated with a whitening solution. The solution typically includes either hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide as the bleaching agent. Once applied, the solution is left on the teeth for up to an hour, though the exact timing can vary, depending on the severity of discoloration.
